In this all-levels and beginner-friendly class, you will “flow” slowly and meditatively through breath-synchronized movements designed to create softness and relieve unwanted tension and stress in both body and mind. The class will always end with ample time for deep rest and a crystal bowl sound bath in the savasana to enhance your healing and recovery.
