Alahna Woodburn

My journey with yoga began back in my late teen years. Before my asana practice, I found breath work as a tool to help with persistent post-traumatic stress. In times when I felt I had no control, my breath was always there. One form of meditation led to the next, and yoga postures became integral to my daily routine. In my second year of college, I completed RYT-200. Shortly after, I became certified in Restorative yoga and Yin yoga. My greatest wish is for those in my class to have a positive, mindful experience on their mat and know they are safe in my class above all else.
