Micaela Gomez

Micaela discovered yoga in 2014 and was drawn to its ability to spark curiosity and growth both on and off the mat. She completed her 200-hour Vinyasa training in 2018 and her 300-hour Multi-style training in India in 2025. She teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, The Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method (TCYM), Children’s yoga and more. Her classes are intentional and supportive, offering a space where students of all levels can explore movement and connect with their body, mind, and breath without judgement or expectations.
