Svetlanna began her yoga journey in 2008. Before she found yoga, she was often stressed and depressed. Through regular practice, she began to cultivate a new outlook in life, enabling her to shift into a consistent state of calm and relaxation. With yoga, Svetlanna has been living an enriching, fulfilling and happy life, thus, leading her to complete teacher-training in 2017 in order to spread the beautiful rewards to others who seek salvation through yoga. As an individual who loves life and lives life to the fullest, she enjoys helping others be happy, feel confident, and appreciate the beauty that life has to offer. She considers herself a free spirit, and embraces her inner goddess. Svetlanna enjoys teaching vinyasa yoga especially for individuals living with depression and anxiety.
