Savannah Ingold, E-RYT 200, first came to yoga in 2005 as a form of injury prevention for soccer and running. Eventually, however, Savannah came to realize not only the physical benefits of the practice, but also the spiritual benefits, and she fell in love. In 2013 she decided that it was time for her to share the practice that had such a positive impact on her with other people. Ever since then Savannah has been sharing and growing her practice both as a student and a teacher. She enjoys and teaches all types of yoga from Power Vinyasa to Yin.
