Morgen's yoga journey began when she was in college, and years later she came back to the practice, finding it to be a sanctuary in the midst of raising two toddlers. This time she stuck with yoga and the practice became a passion which led to her teaching career. For over a decade now, Morgen has taught various styles of yoga including: Hatha, Vinyasa, Kids Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Restorative Yoga, and most recently was certified to teach Yoga for Cancer Recovery. She strives to create a yoga experience that leaves her students feeling nurtured and blissed out. In her spare time, Morgen loves to be outside in her South O neighborhood enjoying the beach or walking her Corgi pup, Finn.
