Kathy, CYT 200 teaches several yoga styles including Hatha, Gentle, Restorative, Therapeutic, Chair, Yin, Power, and Vinyasa Flow. She has had the honor of teaching students ages 6 to 79 and believes no matter what our age or how long we've been practicing yoga, we are all beginners. Kathy offers safe, practical solutions and accessible yoga postures for all body types and abilities."My intention is to create an empowering, non-competitive, encouraging environment for students of all skill levels to achieve their lifestyle goals through yoga. Transformation can happen while we are having fun, finding ease, confidence, strength, peace, flexibility, friends, and laughter.
