Join Candice for this 4-week class series designed for anyone new to yoga or those more seasoned yogis interested in going back to review the fundamentals to better refine their existing practice. Basic yoga postures and breathing practices will be covered in an approachable and supportive environment. Completion of the series will prepare students for ongoing classes at the studio.
Series will include:
-Yoga class fundamentals
-Learn the foundational yoga asanas (postures) as well as modifications for each
-How to use yoga props
-Pranayama (breathing) techniques to support your practice
-Meditation & Mantra
-Time for weekly Q&A in a relaxed and supportive space
