This class is perfect for students of all levels from beginners to advanced. No previous paddling or yoga experience is necessary. The class will begin with a mini lesson to teach you the basics: launching, paddling and turning. Then, we set out into the calm, shallow waters and anchor down the boards before moving through an hour of SUP modified yoga asanas out in our floating studio. Everyone is encouraged to go at your own pace and pick the variations of poses and movements that you are most comfortable with. After breathing and stretching into all parts of the body, we enjoy a blissful savasana, relaxing to the gentle sounds of the waves as the sun sets upon us.
