Come out and experience the calm water and healing powers of combining nature and yoga in our stand up paddleboard yoga class. This class is perfect for students of all levels from beginners to advanced. No previous paddling or yoga experience is necessary. The class will begin with a lesson on the beach to teach you the basics: launching, paddling and turning. Then, we set out into the calm, shallow waters and anchor down the boards before moving through an hour of SUP modified yoga asanas out in our floating studio. Go at your own pace and pick the variations of poses and movements that you are most comfortable with. After breathing and stretching into all parts of the body, we enjoy a blissful savasana, relaxing to the gentle sounds of the waves as the sun sets upon us. Come explore the possibilities of yoga on a stand-up paddleboard and enjoy the beauty of the Carlsbad Lagoon. Great girlfriend time or date night.
