Yin yoga is a slow, soft and reflective style of yoga where the holds in each pose are longer to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. These longer holds help to increase circulation, flexibility, lubrication and range of motion.Each class there will be a different herbal infusion (always caffeine-free) used for the tea ceremony. You will be guided towards a deep appreciation of yourself and the world around you. Join us for an evening of relaxation and restoration. Sound healing and breath-work practices will be woven into each experience as well. Limited class size available for a ceremonial experience.
