Studies have shown: Two things that help you live a longer, healthier and happier life are--connecting with others and having fun. Partner Yoga helps you do both! Bring a “significant other”—a partner, spouse, friend—to share a playful afternoon learning partner-assisted yoga poses you can do at home.

The poses will stretch you and help you become more flexible and strong. We’ll share a little Thai Yoga massage to relieve stress. We’ll end with deep relaxation.

Partner Yoga is a great way to introduce someone to yoga. No yoga experience required. Working with a partner also helps the experienced yogi stretch more deeply.

Only space for 10 couples to keep the practice more intimate. 
$50/Couple or $25/Single (No partner no problem!  We can find a yogi friend for you!)
