Mommy & Baby Yoga incorporates breath-work and body awareness while engaging and interacting with the babies throughout the class. Come to celebrate your new child and share this special time bonding with your baby and other new moms. Dads, relatives, and friends are also welcome to participate too.
Class held bi-weekly on Wednesday's at 11am-12n. April 5th & 19th and May 3rd, 17th, &31st.
*We recommend waiting six weeks after birth (or with doctor’s approval) before coming back to yoga after having a baby.
