In this 5-week class course, you will learn the functions of the energy system in your body known as the chakras. The chakras govern our behaviors - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Working with the energy body can enhance your current yoga practice and unlock new awareness for deeper self-knowledge and enlightenment. You will discover the innate wisdom held in your body for personal growth and healing at every level of your being.
Using a combination of lecture, movement, breathwork, meditation and journaling, Danielle will lead you through a roadmap of the 7 major energy centers, know in yoga as Chakras. Each week you will be guided through a variety of yoga methods and lifestyle practices you can easily put into a daily practice to keep your Chakras open, aligned, and free-flowing.
Please bring a journal and pen, and your yoga mat (we will provide the blankets).
