We are adding a second morning class back to our holiday schedule this year for all our Early Bird yogis who want to start their Thanksgiving off with a Flow, into the act of Seva...Selfless Service.
Join Sara Comp for an all levels vinyasa practice that will open your heart and center your mind to get you prepared for a most Omazing day. In an act of Seva, we ask that you bring a clean, lightly worn coat (any size/gender and new is ok too) as a donation OR donate $10 cash to attend. BSY class packs and memberships can be used (sorry no ClassPass App available).
All proceeds benefit the Brother Benno Foundation, Inc. Brother Benno’s is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are nondenominational and have been committed to serving the poor and homeless in San Diego North County since 1983.
*Coat drive will continue until our Winter Solstice holiday potluck party so if you can't make it on Thanksgiving you can still help out thereafter.
