Stoke your Saturday with an invigorating early morning wake up call of yoga! Fire it up with Raschel in this 1 hour all levels vinyasa flow class specifically designed to build heat (hence the "bake") and develop the power necessary to take your practice and your day to the next level.

Class will begin with gentle stretches to open/heat up the body and then move into a series of foundational postures that will challenge and increase your flexibility and focus. Systematic poses are held for several breaths each allowing you to deepen your stretches and build strength. Raschel’s classes will always have fun surprises, inspirational challenges, great music and most definitely some laughs. This class is appropriate for ambitious beginners and long time practitioners.
