Slower is stronger! Slow Flow Yoga is designed to cultivate awareness and alignment of body, mind and heart by linking breath with movement in a slowed down pace that accommodates the individual needs of each student with different conditions, injuries, and physical abilities. The transitions between postures are more “user-friendly” but still help students to improve balance, core strength and agility.
This class is sure to inspire and challenge you whether you've just had the basics, returning from an injury, or you've been practicing yoga for a long time and would simply prefer a slower, more therapeutic paced flow. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME as options for more advanced poses will be offered as well.
In this special all levels flow class, Elexis will serenade you with a live sound bath of song during your final resting pose, savasana.
