The practice will incorporate both foundational and intermediate postures including inversions and arm balances all set to loud and upbeat music orchestrated to keep you feeling invigorated and inspired and always ends with a well deserved, relaxing savasana. This class is great for yoga students who have been practicing regularly for at least 6 months. Bring water and a small towel as you will sweat!
