This 75-minute all level class is ALL about mindfulness. Class begins with a 60-minute flow focusing on mindful, strong, fluid movement of body and breath. Participants will set intentions for their practice and utilize a mantra (repeating phrase) to keep the mind focused and present as they practice. Following savasana, class will finish with a 15-minute guided meditation practice and tips for bringing mindfulness practices into every day.
