Slow Flow Yoga is designed to cultivate awareness and alignment of body, mind and heart by linking breath with movement in a slowed down pace that accommodates the individual needs of each student with different conditions, injuries, and physical abilities. The transitions between postures are more “user-friendly” but still help students to improve balance, core strength and agility.
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. During the practice you will take a journey of awareness and sensation through the different parts of your body. Yoga Nidra takes us effortlessly into a state of harmonious, restful being where deep healing and restoration can be found.
