Gentle yoga can be practiced by just about anyone, from beginners, seniors, pregnant yoginis, and even those seasoned yogis looking for a slower and more meditative practice. It is especially great for people working to recover from injuries, pain, limited mobility or health issues.

Gentle yoga typically, is known to be a slower style of the hatha yoga tradition and our classes at Black Sheep will usually incorporates time for meditation, pranayama (aka: breath-work), and extended time to rest at the end in Savasana.
