This a great class open to all levels: beginners, seniors, those recovering from an injury, and even the more seasoned yogis looking for a slower paced practice.  

The class will start seated with some light stretching and focused breath-work (pranayama) to warm up the body, followed by a series of standing poses that will help build focus, stability, balance and strength.  Finally returning to the floor for a final few gentle stretches with plenty of time for relaxation in savasana. This class is excellent for maintaining an overall sense of health and wellbeing for the body, mind, and spirit.
