Stretch and Restore is a gentle style yoga class, accessible to all levels of yogis who are looking for slower paced class designed to help release and heal deep layers of tension stored in the physical and energetic body. This class provides a calm and relaxing space where you can focus on your breath and let all your stresses fall away. The outcome: a more flexible body, a calmer mind, and a more balanced state of being.
For the restorative portion of the practice props (yoga blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps) may be used to help assist you in the support/relaxation process and are always provided and available for student use but everyone is welcome to bring their own.
Reiki is where the teacher will gently use their “hands-on or hands-near” method (per each individuals choice) to channel life force energy (Prana) into any areas of the body, where it is most needed and/or where any negative energy (stress) may be lingering. You are welcome to opt out and we will always respect your personal space.
