This all levels vinyasa class is designed to meet you where you are and then gives you the option to level up if you choose. You will be guided through a series of postures that will build a fun, creative “flow” that will help to improve stamina, strength, and flexibility.
Beginner and advanced practitioners will be challenged equally, as modifications will be offered to make the poses more accessible for those who are newer to yoga and options for more advanced variations will also be introduced for those who want to make their practice more challenging. Everyone is always encouraged to work at their own pace.
